Executive Chef and Savoury’s founder Brad Toles landed the opportunity to obtain the food and beverage contract for the Palm Springs Convention Center in 1997, and never looked back. Having served as Executive Chef of many hotels and large properties such as the Queen Mary and Spruce Goose and Hollywood Park Racetrack and Casino, as well as his own wholesale food service company, Chef Toles has vast experience in everything from intimate fine dining experiences to creative large volume catering. Chef Toles’ philosophy is to consistently reinvent himself and the company to develop fresh new ideas and continue to evolve year after year. Chef Toles has incorporated his love for cars into his food service displays, including Savoury’s own food truck, a “car bar” and a bicycle beverage cart to show Savoury’s unique and fun approach to convention food service.
